We are shortly going to be conducting a survey to understand what you think about the development of the TransPennine Express franchise and how well we are working with you.
As a valued stakeholder, we would like to offer you the opportunity to rate our performance and give us feedback about our business. The purpose of the survey is to use your feedback to review and improve our performance, communication and engagement.
The research will be conducted by ComRes, an independent research consultancy. ComRes conducts all its work in accordance with the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct, meaning that your participation and answers will remain strictly anonymous. The overall results of the survey once collated and analysed, will be shared with you via our stakeholder newsletter.
