1: Humber Fastcat/Flyer Changes

There are some changes to the Humber Fastcat and Humber Flyer timetables from next weekend (3rd/4th September)

In so far as train connections are concerned:

Train departures from Barton Mon to Sat:

0658 (0656 Sat) - no bus connection

0756 - Humber Flyer departs Hull 0715, Barton 0746

0950/1150/1350/1550 - Humber Fastcat departs Hull 0910/1110/1310/1510, Barton 0941/1141/1341/1541

1755 - Humber Flyer departs Hull 1720, Barton 1751, otherwise Humber Fastcat from Hull at 1640

1959 - Humber Flyer departs Hull 1910, Barton 1941

2200 - Humber Fastcat departs Hull 2120, Barton 2151

Train departures from Barton Sun:

1102 - departs Hull 0825, Barton 0857 (next bus arrives Barton 1102 so not reliable connection)

1359 - departs Hull 1320, Barton 1357, otherwise departs Hull 1025

1615 - departs Hull 1530, Barton 1607

1911 - departs Hull 1830, Barton 1900

Train arrivals at Barton Mon-Sat:

0652 (0651 Sat) - 0653 Humber Fastcat if lucky, or 0743

0753 (0752 Sat) - 0810 Humber Flyer

0948/1148/1348/1548/1748 (1147/1347/1547/1747 Sat) - 1003/1203/1403/1603/1803 Humber Fastcat

1952 (1948 Sat) - 1952 or 2052 Humber Fastcat

2157 (2156 Sat) - 2255 Humber Fastcat

Train arrivals at Barton Sun:

1051 - 1058 bus

1348 - 1358 bus

1552 - 1558 bus

1850 - 1858 bus

Not perfect, but better Monday to Saturday daytimes from Hull

Thanks very much for the summary HT - that has saved me some work. Would you mind if I used this in correspondance with the transport companies?

 

It is worth noting that the EYMS timetable shows arrival and departure times at Barton Interchange.

On Sundays the 13:20 from Paragon arrives at Barton at 13:52, thus giving a 7 minute connection rather than the 2 minute connection the combined timetable suggests. I am not sure whether this 5 minute dwell at Barton is deliberately intended to allow the bus to make the train connection - if it is then good on EYMS.
