Due to TransPennine Express introducing new trains from this Autumn, as from 20 May 2018 cyclists wishing to take their bicycle on board any of their trains will need to have a cycle reservation. Reservations can be made without charge either:

Online: Cycle reservations can be requested when purchasing tickets online in advance at tpexpress.co.uk
At the Booking Office: Cycle reservations can be requested by visiting any TPE station booking office, or a booking office where TPE services call.
Customers are advised to book early to avoid disappointment, and not less than 24 hours before travel.
