There is currently a petition on the above subject at the below link. Whilst we are fortunate that on the Barton Line all stations have step free access from the street to the platform and we do have guards on our trains to assist passengers as needed we do still have the low platforms at Grimsby Docks and New Clee which can be difficult to use. There are also many stations across the network with no step free access at all - the Sheffield bound platform at Brigg is one such local example.
