I am doing another sponsored event and this one, supporting the fight against prostate cancer, requires far less effort than 8 hours sat on a bike but it needs a month of patience waiting for my hair and moustache to grow.
Hopefully I will achieve my goal of looking like Ian Botham did the 1980s and raising funds for the charity.
