The BBC report that railway reopenings are to be paused:

This would appear to be a blow to restoring regular services from our area to Brigg, Kirton Lindsey, Gainsborough, Retford, Worksop and beyond.

Fairly predictable. The Treasury has a proven history of axing rail investment as first port of call. For investment "paused" read investment cancelled. Permanently. New government but the same old same old.
