06:10 Cleethorpes - Barton cancelled - overrunning engineering works. 04:58 Lincoln Central - Cleethorpes, which forms the Barton,  lost 31 minutes stood at Habrough and a further 18 minutes between Habrough and Grimsby Town, arriving Cleethorpes 06:52. Had the Barton been allowed to leave Cleethorpes 46 minutes late at 06:56, it would have arrived Barton at 07:49, in time to work the first train back on time. Poor decision making by EMR control in my opinion.

16:56 Cleethorpes - Barton cancelled - traincrew delayed travelling up from Lincoln on 13:41 Leicester - Grimsby Town which lost 23 minutes stood at Nottingham and 35 minutes stood at Lincoln Central, then terminated at Barnetby due to the late running - seemingly due to a brake related barbecue on a train although the culprit isn't immediately obvious.
